    If you have a current primary care doctor who you believe is exceptional and would benefits from the Personal Primary Healthcare model, please encourage them to visit our Physicians Area to learn more about becoming a member of our team.

  • Personal Primary Healthcare from Nexus Healthcare works in conjunction with your broader healthcare network to help coordinate your end-to-end personal healthcare.

    Your PPH care team manages all aspects of your primary healthcare, and our network of preferred specialists are also available to support your post-primary care needs. If you have current specialists that you prefer, your care team can reach out to these professionals as well to ensure a continuity of care.

  • Your personal care team works in conjunction with your current insurance provider, HSA/FSA administrator, and other fiduciaries to provide you with simple flexible payment options that can be tailored by procedure to your meet your needs.

  • Nexus Healthcare actively manages the number of active members in each region to ensure the availability of our care teams for your primary healthcare needs.

    We have a medical staff that is available 24/7 to receive your calls for initial telemedicine consultations. In-person/virtual appointments with your doctor are typically available the same day and guaranteed within 36 hours.**
